derivatives in each of the stands of companies associated with the PGI

It should be remembered that the Ametlla de Mallorca PGI is the brand or seal that guarantees it
the link of the almond with its origin and quality, and with some characteristics
Certain humidity, size or taste, among others. It can be sold so much in variety
conventional as ecological, raw or toasted and with or without skin in both cases.
Ametlla de Mallorca is distinguished from the rest by having a slightly sweet taste

oleic and linoleic acids account for 88 percent of the lipid content of almonds.
The latter is 59 percent of the total fruit, a value also above
average. To date, the PGI supports 295 farmers, who add up to 295 farmers
Some 4,000 hectares of cultivated land throughout the island, and a total of 11 industries.
