LEGAL BASIS
Would you like to celebrate the Day of the Balearic Islands with quality products from the Balearic Islands? Below you will find the rules to participate in the contest where lots of these products will be raffled.
1.- Companies organizing the contest on instagram.

Organizan el CONCURSO denominado “Celebra el Día de les Illes Balears amb el nostre producte de qualitat” en Instagram
2.- Disengagement with respect to Instagram.
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The user dissociates himself/herself completely from Instagram and Facebook and is aware that he/she is providing his/her information to the companies listed in point 1 and not to Instagram. The information you provide will be used to manage the participation of the contestants, to communicate the prize and send them the prize.
3.- Purpose and mechanics of the contest on instagram
The contest consists of the distribution of a total of fourteen lots by means of 7 independent draws (one for each company) of 2 lots, each one containing;
– 1 bag of 125 grams of IGP Ametlla de Mallorca raw peeled almonds and 1 bag of 125 grams of IGP Ametlla de Mallorca roasted almonds.
– A piece of sobrasada of Black Pig of the IGP Sobrasada de Mallorca and a recipe book SOBRASADA DE MALLORCA.
– A bottle of extra virgin olive oil DOP Oli de Mallorca 250ml
-1 botella de vino genérico DOP Binissalem de 750 ml
-3 wedges of generic Mahón-Menorca PDO cheese of different maturities, with a total weight of approx. 1 kg and a recipe booklet.
– 1 bottle of wine with quality seal Vi de la Terra Mallorca 750 ml
– A 750 ml bottle of wine with DOP Pla i Llevant seal of quality.
QUALITY PRODUCTS FROM THE BALEARIC ISLANDS- CONTEST ON INSTAGRAM
To access the draw of the CONSEJO REGULADOR DE LA IGP AMETLLA DE MALLORCA (2 lots) participants in the contest on instagram must:
- Follow the @igp_ametlla Instagram account of the company on whose profile you wish to participate in the sweepstakes.
- 2. “Like” the sweepstakes post and comment by mentioning 2 friends.
- You can participate as many times as you wish, as long as the friends mentioned are different and from existing and active profiles.
- Increase your chances of winning by participating in the accounts of the other organizing companies. @sobrasadademallorca @olidemallorca @vterramallorca @plaillevantmallorca @dobinissalem@quesomahonmenorca
Among all the comments that meet the requirements, 2 lots will be drawn and sent to the winners. The winners must reside in Spain.
Inappropriate entries or comments unrelated to the contest will be deleted.
Participation in the Contest implies the transfer and express authorization of all intellectual property and image rights on the entries, so that the participant assigns to the company the exploitation rights of intellectual, industrial and/or image nature that may correspond or derive from the entries sent to participate in the Contest.
4.- Duration and Scope of the Contest on instagram.
The activity will be developed in a national geographical area (Spain).
The contest will begin on February 22sd. 2022
The closing date of the contest will be March 1st 2022 (until 23:59h).
5.-Requirements to participate in the contest on instagram.
The following are eligible to participate in the Promotion:
– All individuals over 18 years of age residing in Spanish territory who are followers of the official Instagram page of one or all of the organizing companies, being essential to be a follower of the one where the contest is being held and who have a real user profile on Instagram.
Will not be able to participate:
- Fake or fraudulent profiles
- Employees of the companies mentioned in item 1 or employees of associated processing companies
6.- Selection of the winner/winners, alternates, communication and delivery of the contest on instagram.
Winners will be chosen at random using the app-sorteos.com/es
The name of the winner will be communicated through Instagram Stories of the organizing companies once the promotion is over. The winner must contact, himself/herself, with CONSEJO REGULADOR DE LA IGP AMETLLA DE MALLORCA a través de mensaje privado en la cuenta @igp_ametlla. El ganador tiene un plazo de 15 días para ponerse en contacto.
The organizing companies will send the gifts directly to the winners, thanks to the data that the winners will have provided via email to CONSEJO REGULADOR IGP AMETLLA DE MALLORCA
The gifts will be sent by courier to the address indicated by each winner, with the shipping costs to be paid by the organizing companies.
7.- Awards
Two lots will be drawn, each containing the products specified in point 3.
8.- Rervations and limitations
It shall be understood, by way of example, but not limited to, that fraud occurs when the alleged use of applications independent from Instagram and Facebook is detected; the abuse of server queries and all those behaviors that may be apparently abusive and/or malicious.
The finding of any of these circumstances during the contest will result in automatic disqualification from the contest, as well as the loss of the prize if awarded.
The organizing companies are exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification.
Likewise, they are not responsible for any possible loss, deterioration, theft or any other circumstance attributable to the post office that may affect the delivery of the prizes.
The organizing companies reserve the right to take legal action against any person who performs any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the contest.
The organizing entities exclude any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services through which the participants participate in the promotion, to the defrauding of the usefulness that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation responses via the Internet.
The organizing companies reserve the right to make changes in order to ensure the success of the contest in the event of just cause or force majeure preventing it from being carried out in the manner described in these rules.
The organizing entities reserve the right to postpone or extend the contest period, as well as the right to interpret these legal bases.
Likewise, the organizing companies will be exempt from all liability in the event of any of the aforementioned cases, as well as from any liability for damages that may be caused during the enjoyment of the prize.
The organizing companies are excluded from any liability for damages of any kind that may result from the falsification of the contest by websites or profiles unrelated to the organizing companies.
9.- Data protection
The data provided by participants will be treated confidentially and collected in an automated personal data file, being the company CONSEJO REGULADOR DE LA IGP AMETLLA DE MALLORCA, owner and responsible for this file, with registered office at Calle Guillem Bujosa Rossello 1A floor 1 door 2 – 07320 Santa María del Camí whose purpose will be the management of this draw (and sending of prizes and commercial information that may be of interest).
The organizing companies guarantee full compliance with RGPD EU 679/2016 and the Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, (LOPDPGDD) on the Protection of Personal Data in the processing of personal data collected in this CONTEST, especially with regard to the attention of the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of the contestants.
10.- Acceptance of the rules.
The simple participation in the contest implies the acceptance of these rules, so the manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a consequence, the organizing companies will be released from the fulfillment of the obligation contracted with the participant.
